Liquid Bonding Agent for SS-254

Primer for Chemilink™ SS-254 is a roller or brush applied bonding agent specially formulated for SS-254. It can be gravity fed into cracks in substrate. Manufactured from a blend of Inorganic compounds and Polymers, it achieves both surface and in-depth sealing. Its unique UV-resistance makes it very stable under tropical weather conditions. On application, a surface film formed rapidly, sealing off the surface and having a good bonding with SS-254.

Application Procedure

Surface Preparation

The substrate should be solid, clean and free from dust, grease and loose materials. On a dry absorbent surface, the surface should be moistened to attain SSD (surface saturated dry).

Mixing and Placing

Stir primer for Chemilink™ SS-254 before use (½ to 1 minute). Do not mix anything else to primer for SS-254. Apply liberally with a brush or roller without “ponding” or “running”. On drying, apply Chemilink SS-254.

Shelf Life : 6 to 12 months from date of manufacture when stored sealed in a cool and dry place

Cleaning

Clean tools with fresh water immediately after use.

Precautions

Under normal use, this product will not pose any health hazard. Protective clothing, gloves and goggles should be worn during use. Wash hands thoroughly after handling.
